Digital solutions agency Elephants Can Dance (ECD) has launched its Melbourne operation with the recruitment of Jack Hobbs (featured image) in the role of digital analytics and data insights lead.
Hobbs has been leading digital analytics for Sensis and is excited about what his new role at ECD can offer.
Hobbs said: “What attracted me to Elephants Can Dance is their desire to push the boundaries of technology and to connect the dots across what has become a disparate user experience.
“They’re also an established player for data driven communications, and I’m excited to be a part of that.”
ECD managing director, Az Yousaf said “Having someone of Jack’s caliber and experience join the team demonstrates our commitment to bring the industry’s best talent to the business.
“We’re constantly looking for people that are a passionate about digital, technology, data and customer experience.”
Yousaf added: “We’re also very focused on the Melbourne market and excited to kick off what will be a significant investment in the local team there.”
ECD has been growing strongly and are close partners with Tealium and Google.

Elephants Can Dance work with a number of enterprise clients across Australia.
They provide end-to-end digital solutions with a focus on UX, Design, Marketing Technology, Analytics and Data.
Yousaf added: “We’re all about providing frameworks and processes that enable clients to get real value from their investment in digital and technology.
“We want to provide them with the right technical solution but also a way for them to monitor and optimise the performance of that solution over the long term.
“Once that is in place, we leverage data to amplify the results.”
