Call analytics provider Delacon has appointed Ezri Lerba to the newly created position of director of operations to manage partnerships and business development.
Lerba joins Delacon after more than eight years with marketing technology company Kenshoo where he most recently held the role of director of sales across Australia and New Zealand.
As first boots on the ground in APAC, he played a pivotal role in establishing Kenshoo’s presence across Asia Pacific and also led the customer service division across the region.
At Delacon, Lerba will build out the front and backend processes to drive efficiencies in addition to growing the business locally and internationally.
Lerba joins Delacon following the appointment of former Optus executive Edgar Chieng to the newly created role of head of digital and strategy and Alex Hitchcock as head of account management.
Delacon CEO Michael Center said: “Ezri’s considerable experience working with marketing technology businesses makes him an ideal candidate to lead Delacon’s operations, drive our partnerships and lead business development.
“He joins our expanding team at this important time in our growth.”
Lerba added: “Call analytics data is a vital tool for marketers to understand how their campaigns are performing in the offline world and Delacon is a leader in this space globally.
“I’m delighted to be bringing my expertise to the team and continue its development.”
Delacon recently launched its speech analytics tool and also announced a partnership with Partnerize (formerly Performance Horizon), the leading provider of software solutions for digital partner marketing, in addition to opening an innovation hub in India.
