Coke Calls On The ‘Girl With A Pearl Earring’ For Super Cool 3D Outdoor Campaign

Dutch painter Johannes Vermeer may have painted his famous ‘Girl With A Pearl Earring’ over 350 years ago, but such is her endurance, the unnamed woman is now unwittingly flogging Coke in 2023.

The soft drink maker has hopped on the 3D digital outdoor bandwagon for an eye-popping installation at São Paulo’s Guarulhos International Airport.

The work of creative agency David Miami and JCDecaux, the work sees our pearl-clad young lady physically dolling out Cokes to passersby.

Commenting on the work, Coke’s Brazilian brand director, Ted Ketterer, said: “At a time when the barriers between the physical and digital worlds are increasingly diminishing, Coca-Cola is aware of and integrated with this evolution.

“Promoting yet another new experience between the virtual world and physical, mixing works of art with artificial intelligence, is yet another way of showing that it is possible to create magical moments with Coca-Cola in people’s lives,” Ketterer said.
