Clems agencies have knocked indie Thinkerbell off top spot in R3’s monthly data for new creative wins for December. Thinkerbell had remained in the number one position for an incredible nine straight months.
Still, it wasn’t all bad news for the Thinkerbell crew, the agency still managed second spot on new business wins for the month of December.
Also, December is arguably the quietest month for new business and pitches and so the result should be seen through that lens.
Clemenger BBDO nabbed the number one position for the month with wins that included Swisse, Victoria Department of Transport, Carnival Cruise Lines and Ben & Jerry’s.
Rounding out December’s top five were TBWA in third, DDB in fourth and Wunderman Thompson in fifth.
