Clems Melbourne Launches “Unique Characters” Grad Program For 2022

Clemenger BBDO Melbourne is seeking out Unique Characters for its 2022 graduate program, that’s not just for grads.

The program, in its sixth year, is seeking applications from people that are forever curious and ready to push boundaries in the creative industry, regardless of whether they’ve come through traditional tertiary pathways.

Successful applicants will take part in a paid 10-month program where they’ll gain experience in account management, planning, production, creative, digital, shopper, activation and experiential.

Clemenger BBDO Melbourne Group CEO, Jim Gall, said, “As an industry, one of our greatest responsibilities is our commitment to creating opportunities for people of all ages, backgrounds and experiences to apply their curiosity and creativity in an environment where it’s fostered and supported.

“Supporting the development of incredible people in our industry is at the heart of how our industry will continue to grow and achieve great things, and I couldn’t be more excited to meet this year’s applicants.”

Last year’s Unique Characters program saw the agency group provide opportunities to 10 incredible people to kick start their career in the creative industry.

Applications are open now until 5pm Tuesday November 30, with successful applicants commencing work in 2022.
