Haystac, part of the BWM Dentsu Group, has announced the appointment of Carolina Fullen as Group Business Director in Sydney to extend the agency’s full-service, integrated offering.

She will be responsible for leading key client accounts, integrated communications strategy, business development and bolstering the fintech and consumer teams in Haystac’s Sydney arm.

Carolina joins Haystac from MSL Brazil where she was a Director of Innovation and Creative Strategy for Latin America leading digital, creative planning and communications teams. Prior to this, she worked as a Vice President of Operations at Ideal HK Strategies, São Paulo, where she headed up strategic communications programs incorporating PR, social, content and digital.

With over twenty years’ experience, Carolina brings significant B2B and B2C expertise in a broad range of industry sectors, including technology, FMCG, health and finance, to the position.

Simone Pipkorn, Managing Director, Haystac said adding Carolina to the senior team would strengthen the agency’s creative, strategic and integrated expertise.

“Our client partners are increasingly turning to us to deliver agile, multi-disciplinary communications solutions with cultural, social and commercial impact. Carolina joins us with an enormous amount of global experience doing just that and an equally tremendous level of energy and enthusiasm that will be an invaluable asset to our team.”

Carolina Fullen, Group Business Director, Haystac Sydney commented that a variety of factors attracted her to this newly created role.

“I’m thrilled to be joining an agency with such a strong value proposition as Haystac. The warm, driven people, appealing client portfolio and ability to collaborate within an organisation that has had integrated communications programs at its core from its very early stages is a compelling combination.

“I look forward to building on the team’s existing capabilities while strengthening our business offering for existing and prospective clients.”
