B&T’s 30 Under 30 Awards are back for its 11th year, and we’re coming to you today to say entries for 2020 are officially open – say what!?
We know, we’re getting in early but who knows, maybe you guys want to start your applications over the Xmas/New Year break? We’re not going to judge if that’s how you choose to spend your break (in fact, we encourage early entries – it shows us you’re serious about winning, ya know?)
For those who don’t know, the 30 Under 30 Awards are widely regarded as the leading showcase for the best and brightest young talent working across marketing communications.
Some may already be in positions of leadership, while others may be starting out, but these awards champion those people that go above and beyond the call of duty in the daily working lives, and demonstrate excellence and a vital contribution to their current employer, and their determination and desire to progress their careers.
Three outstanding individuals will be recognised for their achievements in each of the 10 categories, as well as a Grand Prix Award for the most influential individual overall. All entrants will also be a part of the People’s Choice poll, to be opened after entries are closed.
In 2020, the 30 Under 30 Awards will be held on Thursday 23rd of April at The Metro Theatre, 624 George St, Sydney.

Entries open: TODAY! (Tuesday 10th December 2019)
Early bird tickets on sale: 10th of December 2019
Entries close: Friday 21st of February 2020
Late entries close: Friday 28th of February 2020
People’s Choice Poll: launches Monday 2nd of March 2020
Judging period: Monday 2nd of March – Friday 20th of March 2020
Shortlist announced: Wednesday 25th of March 2020
Early bird tickets close: Wednesday 1st of April 2020 11.59pm
Full price tickets on sale: Thursday 2nd of April 2020 12am until sold out
People’s Choice Poll closes: Monday 6th of April 2020
Award night: Thursday 23rd of April 2020 at The Metro Theatre, Sydney
So what are you waiting for?
Get started on your entry here, but the most important thing is you MUST be under the age of 30 on the day of the event (Thursday 23 April) to enter. So, be sure to include your ID and profile photo with your entry.
P.S. Please save your entry in a Word doc in case so many of you jump onto the awards portal that it crashes. It’s better to be safe than sorry!
