Kirsty Muddle To Depart Cummins&Partners

Cummins&Partners CEO Kirsty Muddle is set to depart the agency, B&T understands.

Muddle – a founding partner of the agency – was named CEO of the agency’s Sydney and Melbourne operations only last month. The agency also operates an office out of New York.

B&T understands the Sydney-based Muddle has received not one but two job offers from rival agencies and will confirm her move once the machinations around her departure at Cummins&Partners have been resolved.

B&T has contacted Muddle for confirmation but had not received a reply prior to publication.

Muddle had worked hard in recent times to transition the creative agency into offering clients a tech-focused media offering too. Only this morning it was announced that McCain – who has its creative with Cummins&Partners – had also awarded the agency its media spend.

B&T also understands that the agency’s chief media officer, Paul Murphy, is set to follow Muddle out the door after three years at the agency. Murphy’s next move is not known.

More to come…
