Current general manager, Stephanie Scicchitano, has been appointed managing director, leading the company’s vision into 2026 and beyond. She was appointed as GM back in 2023.
Michele Edmonds will step into head of finance and operations, continuing to drive operations and business performance.
As part of this transition, founder, Clare Winterbourn, has formally resigned from the business, concluding her involvement in Born Bred Talent.
Clare has not been across the day to day operations for the last couple of years, she is off to pursue other creative ventures and have a well deserved break!
“I am incredibly proud of what Born Bred Talent has built and the way it continues to evolve. I leave knowing the business is in exceptional hands and positioned for major success. Watching the team elevate the agency has been both exciting and rewarding,” Winterbourne said.
Under its refreshed leadership, Born Bred Talent has achieved growth across talent representation, global partnerships and brand building.
“Today marks a defining moment for Born Bred Talent,” Scicchitano said.
“We’re future-focused, deeply strategic and committed to building lasting careers for our talent. With a strengthened leadership foundation and a clear growth strategy, we are setting up for our most ambitious chapter yet,” she added.
Founded in 2017, Born Bred Talent is now in its ninth year.
