Sheree Mutton

Sheree Mutton is an award-winning journalist and accomplished online editor, television reporter, columnist and commentator. Her career in the media industry spans a decade. She is currently the Beauty and Health Director of The Australian Women's Weekly magazine.Sheree made her television debut at 19-years-old, alongside Australian fashion designer, Peter Morrissey. Appearing on Foxtel’s Fashion TV, Sheree’s performance received positive reviews.While finishing a Bachelor of Journalism degree at the University of Wollongong, Sheree began her reporting career at Fox Sports News, before moving to Fairfax Media as a News Reporter in 2010. Covering many rounds including politics, crime, health and entertainment, her work has been published in 11 newspapers, including, The Sydney Morning Herald, The St George and Sutherland Shire Leader and the Illawarra Mercury. She later went onto become Features Editor and was also a News Presenter on Sydney’s TVS News program airing on Channel 44 in 2011.Following a stint in NYC in 2012, Sheree returned to Sydney to continue working as a journalist and as a freelance lifestyle writer. She has written for a range of fashion, health, beauty, lifestyle, travel and business magazines, including It’s Your Business, Luxury Travel Magazine, Escape Magazine and Renegade Collective.In 2014, Sheree was appointed as the Online Editor of Australia's largest magazine, The Australian Women's Weekly, covering everything from fashion and beauty to health and breaking news. Less than a year later, it was announced that Sheree would take on the position of Health and Beauty Director to manage all of the magazine's health and beauty content.Sheree also teaches online media, magazine and journalism classes at The Fashion Institute and hosts various lifestyle events around Australia including VAMFF and Health and Wellbeing Weekend. She regularly appears on 2UE's Talking Lifestyle station as a commentator.
