Aussie fitness expert and entrepreneur, Sam Wood, has gone from strength-to-strength, announcing the debut of new podcast, The Wood Life, on ARN’s iHeartPodcast Network Australia.

Since bursting onto Aussie TV screens in The Bachelor in 2015, Wood has been making waves in the fitness and wellbeing sector with his straight talking and relatable personality.

After winning the nation’s – and his beautiful wife Snezana’s – heart, Sam has used his 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry to build an empire that includes the insanely popular online training and nutrition program, 28 by Sam Wood.

This year, Wood wants to help everyday Aussies live their best lives, whether they’re looking to shake off some COVID kilos, re-gain the confidence to take up a new fitness regime, or simply kick start some healthy new habits to live a happier and healthier lifestyle.

Through his health and wellbeing ventures, Wood has already had a positive impact on more than 200,000 people around the world, and now, along with a cast of friends, family and experts, he will help bridge the gap between quality health information and the sense of belonging, fun and support, across two weekly episodes.

Listeners can expect fun and upbeat chat, as well as Wood’s personal insights and anecdotes to kick start the new year.

“I can’t wait for Aussies to get involved in The Wood Life. There is so much to love about health and fitness
communities, but it’s hard to keep up with all the new trends and to delve through misinformation,” said Wood.

“I’m so excited to be working with iHeartPodcast Network Australia and KIIS to be sharing my personal experiences and knowledge, answering listeners questions to help to motivate and create a genuine sense of community. The Wood Life is here to help Aussies to get fitter and happier in 2022. It’s going to be awesome!”

ARN podcast content and partnerships director, Stephanie Coombes, added: “As Australia’s number one podcast network, iHeartPodcast Australia is proud to launch this new Australian original podcast with KIIS and fitness superstar, Sam Wood.

“The Wood Life is joining our ever-expanding offering of new and industry-leading audio content, and it’s the perfect blend of health and fitness news and advice, delivered in an intimate, informative and inclusive way
that is unique to Sam and podcasts.”
