Cairns Crocodiles, presented by Pinterest has revealed its latest headline speaker — global brand strategist and creative force Paula Bloodworth.
Co-founder and chief marketing officer of Alien Baby, the creative studio launched with actor and activist Idris Elba, London-based Bloodworth is former head of international strategy at Uncommon Creative Studio.
Aussie Bloodworth was also global head of Nike strategy at legendary creative agency Wieden+Kennedy Portland, where she led some of the world’s most awarded and culturally resonant work.
“With a career spanning London, New York, Shanghai, Portland, Sydney, Tokyo and Melbourne, Bloodworth brings nearly two decades of global strategy experience to the Cairns stage,” Cairns Crocodiles content director Pippa Chambers said.
“With a sharp focus on youth and sports brands, Bloodworth has seen and accomplished a lot. 2026 attendees should be pumped to hear from such a powerhouse.”

At Alien Baby, Bloodworth spearheaded the ‘Don’t Stop Your Future’ campaign — a powerful anti-knife crime movement that ignited national conversation and helped drive a major legal change in the UK.
Focused on securing a ban on zombie knives and machetes and boosting investment in youth services, the campaign has already contributed to real policy action. ‘Don’t Stop Your Future’ has since evolved into the DSYF brand, with apparel sales directing 100 per cent of profits to groups working to prevent knife crime at its source.
In a landscape where purpose-driven work is no longer a nice-to-have but a commercial imperative, Bloodworth’s leadership on the anti-knife crime campaign shows how meaningful creativity can ignite real-world change.
Before co-founding Alien Baby, she helped steer Uncommon’s international strategy for brands including Peloton, Jordan and Pinterest. But it was her eight-year tenure with Nike at Wieden+Kennedy Portland that defined her career — leading global strategy on iconic campaigns such as ‘Nothing Beats a Londoner’ and ‘You Can’t Stop Sport’, the latter earning an Emmy Award for its creative and cultural impact.
At Cairns Crocodiles 2026, Bloodworth will share insights from her cross-continental career and explore how fearless ideas, cultural fluency and creative conviction can shape brands — and movements — that truly matter.
