Adobe is expanding the reach of its customer experience AI technology through integrations with major AI platforms, including OpenAI, Google, Microsoft and Anthropic, while global agency groups including WPP, Omnicom and Publicis are also getting behind the offering.
The integrations centre on Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker, an agentic AI system designed to help marketing teams plan, orchestrate and optimise customer experiences across the customer lifecycle.
The technology is now available through ChatGPT, Claude, Databricks Genie, Gemini for business and Microsoft Copilot, with integrations for Amazon Quick, IBM and Snowflake expected to follow.
Through the integrations, marketers can access Adobe’s customer experience intelligence and workflows within their preferred AI platforms, rather than having to work exclusively within Adobe’s own applications.
CX Enterprise Coworker can analyse campaign performance, identify emerging trends, forecast audiences, optimise customer journeys and coordinate marketing projects, with human oversight built into its workflows.
Adobe has also introduced new connectors offering pre-built integrations with technology partners including Amazon Ads, Databricks Genie, Demandbase, Meta campaigns, Microsoft Work IQ, RainFocus and Snowflake Cortex AI.
The connectors allow businesses to link their existing systems to CX Enterprise Coworker, enabling marketers to retrieve data and take actions across multiple platforms through a single request.
Alongside the technology integrations, Adobe is working with six major agency groups – dentsu, Havas, Omnicom, Publicis, Stagwell and WPP – which are incorporating their own intellectual property, agents, tools and industry expertise into CX Enterprise Coworker to develop personalised customer experience solutions for joint clients.
Adobe is also working with global systems integrators including Accenture, Capgemini, Cognizant, Deloitte Digital, EY, IBM, Infosys, PwC and TCS to develop agentic AI solutions tailored to different industries.
Adobe senior vice president of engineering, customer experience orchestration, Anjul Bhambhri, said the integrations were designed to address the fragmented way marketers currently use AI.
“Today, marketers often use AI tools in isolation, without the organisational context and domain intelligence needed to personalise every stage of the customer lifecycle,” Bhambhri said.
“CX Enterprise Coworker connects these tools and workflows using brand, customer and channel intelligence, helping teams drive better business outcomes.”
