Adobe has partnered with education provider General Assembly to launch a new worldwide accreditation program for digital marketing.
Claiming to be the first of its kind in the industry, Adobe Digital Marketing Accreditation is open to any marketer worldwide seeking to enhance their digital capabilities.
The accreditation features six education courses led by a range of industry experts and Adobe tech evangelists. Each program includes three to four modules, each no more than 60 minute long, on key digital marketing topics.
Subscription pricing for the accreditation varies by region and customised pricing is also available. A one-year subscription provides access to all program materials, delivered via Adobe’s learning management system, Captivate Prime.
Content is on-demand, self-paced and constantly refreshed, according to Adobe, and each person who successfully completes the program earns an Adobe ‘Accredited Digital Marketer’ designation, as well as a badge that can be shared across their social media networks.
“According to Sweeney Research, in Australia 25 per cent of businesses are finding it difficult to source digital employees. The reality is that a digital skills gap exists where marketers are feeling underequipped to keep up with the pace of digital innovations,” an Adobe spokesperson said.
