The managing director of Vivaki Exchange Mark Kennedy has announced he is stepping down from the role at the end of the month, to be replaced by Kevin Malloy.
Kennedy, who has been with the Publicis Groupe, which owns the exchange, since 1995, while Malloy, who is already the country chair for Vivaki, will take leadership of it alongside ZenithOptimedia’s Anthony Ellis and StarcomMediavest’s Nicole Turley.
Kennedy said: “My time with the Publicis Groupe has been fantastic and we have achieved a lot. After 30 years of agency life it’s time to pursue other ambitions but I will definitely stay connected to the business and the friends I have made along the way.”
Malloy added: “Mark has been an outstanding media executive for a very long time, and we wish him well in his future endeavours.
“I would like to personally thank him for the hard work and dedication he brought to setting up the exchange.
“Anthony and Nicole are two of the most respected investment talents in the market, and I am looking forward to working with them to write a new chapter in the future of Vivaki Exchange.”
