2022 B&T Women In Media Winners Shine Bright On QMS Billboards

Leading digital OOH company QMS will once again showcase Australia’s talented and inspiring women across its national digital outdoor network as it recognises and celebrates this year’s B&T Women in Media Awards winners.

As part of its ongoing partnership of the Awards, all thirty winners from the event held last Friday 19th August 2022 will feature across QMS’ digital billboard network, including Woman of the Year, Initiative’s Melissa Fein; Campaign Edge’s Dee Madigan who was awarded The Glass Ceiling Award; Sophie Belluomo from Crybaby Production for winning The People’s Choice Award; and this year’s 2022 Lifetime Achievement Award winner, industry legend and global media advisor Anne Parsons.

QMS chief marketing officer, Tennille Burt said: “The Awards play an important role in keeping the industry accountable on the continued progression it offers its female leaders whilst also celebrating the many achievements of the finalists and winners.

“Each year we continue to see more positive change in relation to the attitudes towards the empowerment of women. Whilst there is more progress to be made, these Awards remain crucial to ensuring we celebrate and acknowledge the inspirational and powerful women we have in our industry.

“Being part of the judging panel for the Awards this year gave me a privileged firsthand look at just how many out of the ordinary women we have driving our industry forward and into the future. It is also pleasing to see that tangible support measures and visible acknowledgement of the value women contribute to the growth of our businesses and industries is also progressing with many examples of this purposeful empowerment celebrated on stage last week.”

Now in its fifth year of partnership with the B&T Women in Media Awards, QMS remains committed to not only fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace culture for its own female leaders as it continues it’s current growth trajectory, but to also shine a light on the women who are pushing the boundaries of Australian media to drive the industry forward.

Burt added: “Our ongoing partnership with B&T‘s Women in Media Awards is something that QMS is very proud of. By showcasing all the winners across our digital billboard network over the coming weeks, our goal is to extend the recognition of these changemakers efforts and achievements beyond our industry and into the greater public arena for all Australians to see and celebrate.”
