Zenith has retained EssilorLuxottica’s media work in Australia.
EssilorLuxottica is the parent company of brands including Ray Ban, Oakley, Persol and retail chain Sunglass Hut, among many others.
Zenith’s win comes off the back of a global review, which saw EssilorLuxottica consolidate its media account with the Publicis Groupe.
WPP Media had also managed the account in some countries.
Campaign pegged the account’s value at £360 million (more than AU$670 million).
Naturally, that spend is spread across a litany of countries. B&T understands the billings in Australia to be worth more than $10 million.
Zenith declined to comment when reached by B&T.
