Last night, Aussies were left devastated by the results from the first Test of the cricket season in Perth, leaving them 1-0 down on home soil as India claimed a 295-run victory.

The game raked in a Total TV National reach of 1,819,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 577,000 for Seven.

The Aussies now face huge dilemmas as they head to the second Test in Adelaide.

“1-0 India – they have done a demolition job on Australia,” James Brayshaw said.

It comes just weeks after India was beaten by New Zealand.

“This much-vaunted series gets off to a start that no one saw coming after they lost 3-0 to New Zealand,” Simon Katich said.

Over on Nine, A Current Affair detailed Yolanda Borucki’s chance to clear her name in court, after she was revealed the missed opportunities to arrest Australia’s worst paedophile.

Borucki was charged by Queensland Police in August 2023 with computer hacking just days after giving an interview to A Current Affair about the same police service’s handling of its investigation into paedophile Ashley Paul Griffith.

On Channel 10, Wheel of Fortune returned to TV hosted by Irish comedian Graham Norton.

Following 16 years after it was cancelled due to low viewership, the Australian version of Wheel of Fortune has made a comeback. The game show, which previously aired on Channel Seven for 24 years and had a short-lived reboot on Channel Nine for just a few weeks back in 2008, was picked up by Channel 10 late last year and premiered last night on Monday 25 November.

The reboot saw a Total TV National reach of 1,028,000 and a Total TV National Average Audience of 485,000.
