The Block descended into chaos after Tayla accused a rival team of cheating, after securing secret footage captured by her father Rick of contestants allegedly helping paint Courtney and Sev’s house.
The latest episode saw tensions explode after Rick secretly recorded a member of the British Paints team helping paint Courtney and Sev’s house.
Tayla was quick to call the incident cheating, before taking matters into her own hands by conducting a sleath late-night investigation around the entire Block site.
With contestants already under pressure during Kitchen Week and a $100,000 prize pool hanging ovee their heads, these newfound accusations have added an extra layer of drama to Nine’s renovation juggernaut. The episode had a Total TV National Reach of 1,935,000 and an average audience of 1,085,000.
Nine also continued its 70-year television celebration, with the second instalment of 70 Years Of Television. The program had a national reach of 1,584,000 and an average audience of 626,000.
The special revisited some of the programs, personalities and moments that have shaped Australian television. It spanned everything from current affairs and dramas to the countries best reality TV rivalries.
Over on Seven, The 1% Club UK repeat had a national reach of 1,500,000 and an average audience of 886,000. Quiz show rivals Tipping Point Australia and The Chase Australia followed closely behind. Nine’s format had a national reach of 1,469,000 and an average audience of 807,000, whilst Seven’s The Chase Australia had a national reach of 1,314,000 and an average audience of 657,000.
Over on ABC, Spicks And Specks had a national reach of 822,000 and an average audience of 294,000.
On Ten, the Gogglebox Encore came in twenty-fourth as the networks highest rated program on the list, with a national reach of 572,000 and an averaged audience of 201,000.
