Independent media agency Assembled Media has expanded its partnership with Treasury Wine Estates (TWE), extending its remit beyond Penfolds to support the broader Treasury Wine Estates brand portfolio.
The expanded appointment marks a significant milestone in the relationship between the two businesses, building on Assembled Media’s existing work with Penfolds and reflecting TWE’s continued confidence in the agency’s strategic and media capabilities.
Having established a strong working relationship through its management of Penfolds’ media strategy, planning and buying, Assembled Media will now bring its expertise to a broader portfolio of brands, supporting TWE’s ambitions across the Australian market.
The expanded partnership will see Assembled Media work closely with TWE’s marketing teams to develop tailored media strategies that reflect the distinct positioning, audiences and commercial objectives of each brand, while identifying opportunities to drive effectiveness and efficiencies across the wider portfolio.
“We’re incredibly proud to be growing our relationship with Treasury Wine Estates. What began as a partnership focused on one of Australia’s most iconic wine brands has evolved into an opportunity to work across a much broader portfolio,” Assembled Media MD Gareth Nicholls said.
“This expansion is a fantastic endorsement of the partnership we’ve built with the TWE team and the strategic thinking, collaboration and commitment our people bring to the business.”
Nick Powell, Treasury Wine Estates marketing director ANZ, added: “We’re excited to continue building on that foundation, bringing fresh thinking and tailored media solutions to the unique challenges and opportunities across the portfolio.
“Our relationship with Assembled Media has continued to evolve, and we’re pleased to be extending the partnership across our broader brand portfolio. Assembled has demonstrated a strong understanding of our business and the importance of developing media strategies that reflect the individual needs of our brands. We look forward to continuing our work together as we build on the opportunities ahead.”
