With just one week left before voting closes, the race for the B&T Women in Media Awards, presented by Are Media, People’s Choice Award is heating up — and the leaderboard has had quite the reshuffle.

Resolution Digital’s Christen Fernandes is still the woman to beat, extending her lead from 6.7 per cent to 7.1 per cent of all votes cast. But behind her? That’s where things are getting rather interesting.

The biggest mover is Priska Raharjo from Scentre Group, who has charged into the Top 10 to claim third place, nudging colleague Annaliese Norsworthy down to fourth. It also means Scentre Group is now the only organisation with two nominees sitting inside the Top 4.

Further down the leaderboard, there are fresh faces surfacing Rachael Webb from Sticki has entered the Top 10 for the first time, while Ashleigh Schultz from News Australia has also climbed into the rankings, giving News Australia two representatives in this week’s standings.

Elsewhere, Kate Filippelis has slipped from fifth to seventh as the competition tightens, while Deepika Sondal has edged ahead into sixth place.

The current Top 10 is:

1. Christen Fernandes, Resolution Digital
2. Esther Selvanayagam, Ogilvy
3. Priska Raharjo, Scentre Group
4. Annaliese Norsworthy, Scentre Group
5. Niamh Ryan, News Australia
6. Deepika Sondal, WPP Media
7. Kate Filippelis, Cartology
8. Rachael Webb, Sticki
9. Ashleigh Schultz, News Australia
10. Kaitlin Brooks, Atomic 212º

Of course, this is only another snapshot in time.

You can cast your vote in the form below or HERE.

With voting still open until Friday, 24 July, there’s plenty of time for another leaderboard shake-up. A well-timed office email, a LinkedIn post or even that group chat message you’ve been holding off could be all it takes to send your favourite nominee flying up the rankings.

The People’s Choice winner will be announced at the B&T Women in Media Awards, presented by Are Media, on Friday, 28 August at Sydney’s White Bay Cruise Terminal, alongside this year’s category winners.

If you want to be there when the winner is revealed, now’s the time to secure your tickets!

Key dates:

  • People’s Choice voting closes: Friday, 24 July 2026
  • Early bird tickets end: Wednesday, 29 July 2026
  • Finalists announced: Thursday, 30 July 2026
  • Awards night: Friday, 28 August 2026
