The match – won in controversial circumstances by the Kiwis 39-37 in Melbourne – peaked at 534,000 OzTAM metro numbers.
Meanwhile, Seven News pulled in 869,000 viewers, and Nine News brought in 752,000 viewers. Interestingly, ABC News pulled in 532,000 viewers.
As per OzTAM’s metro numbers, A Current Affair pulled in 551,000 – Who is going to replace Grimshaw? Now that is something I’d like to see on Sportsbet.
Seven’s The Chase continued to slay with 458,000 viewers – Just once, I’d like to watch this show and finish feeling smug and not clueless.

Nine Network brought it home with a 30.9 per cent total share. Meanwhile, Seven pulled in 28.7 per cent. 10 Network pulled in 17.2 per cent. ABC Network grabbed 14.6 per cent, and SBS Network pulled in 8.6 per cent.
