Business growth consultancy, 24 Hour Business Plan (24HRBP) has opened the doors of its new London office, amid plans to expand globally.
The company already has established offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Singapore and the UK.
The UK launch brings together a team of successful former executives across multiple sectors, each bringing decades of operational experience navigating the specific transitions 24 Hour Business Plan addresses. The UK team is led by former executives Guy Wieynk and Nick Constantinou as co-founders and senior advisors.
“Our international expansion into London is in direct response to market demand and a growing roster of UK and European-based clients who want access to the business’ innovative advisory approach,” Founder of 24HRBP Andrew ‘Billy’ Baxter said.
“Guy and Nick collectively bring more than 45 years’ experience in leading high growth organisations to success. I am thrilled with the calibre of the UK’s founding team and what their combined skills bring to the European market, and I am confident they will build something truly different in this region.”
Wieynk brings over 25 years of C-suite experience, having established eight global studios at AKQA and served as European CEO of Publicis Worldwide and Global CEO of AnalogFolk. He has architected major business transformations including agency-to-platform pivots and currently serves as board advisor and investor across multiple ventures including Untold Fable and Otomo, alongside co-founding the UK operation of 24 Hour Business Plan.
Constantinou brings over 20 years of digital transformation expertise, having led creative agencies and digital consultancies at the forefront of helping brands thrive in the digital space. At AKQA, he led offices to £40 million (AUD $76 million) + revenue and delivered transformational work for Xbox, T-Mobile, Nike, and Coca-Cola. Constantinou has engineered business turnarounds, scaled consultancies, and created digital platforms serving 10 million+ customers. His work has earned 100 major awards including 12 Cannes Lions. He continues to advise and invest in growth businesses alongside co-founding the UK operation of 24 Hour Business Plan.
Guy Wieynk, UK co-founder, said: “Most businesses lose 12-18 months during major transitions because they lack strategic clarity upfront,” “We’ve seen this from every angle – as operators, investors, and board members. Our framework prevents these expensive delays by delivering complete strategic alignment in 24 hours, not traditional timelines. We’ve now validated this across 200+ businesses in 14 countries, and we’re bringing that proven methodology to the UK.”
Nick Constantinou, UK co-founder said: “Strategy without execution is just expensive wallpaper.”
“We’ve built a process that delivers both – complete clarity on where you’re going and total alignment on how to get there. That’s why 85 per cent of our clients grow in year one, with average revenue growth of 24 per cent,” he added.
