The Digital Picnic Makes A Slew Of Hires To Expand National Footprint

Independent digital agency The Digital Picnic (TDP) has made four new appointments as the agency continues to expand its national footprint and enhance its paid advertising capability. The new hires include Jeevi Siva account director), Karina Flores senior account manager, Sunny Pawar paid media specialist and Izza Abdul Karim digital coordinator.

The appointments marks a phase of growth for TDP as the agency responds to rising demand for performance-driven digital advertising across search, social, programmatic and creative optimisation.

Siva will lead the agency’s paid advertising division. With more than 15 years’ experience spanning search, social, programmatic media and digital analytics, Siva joins from Sentius Group following earlier roles at Chemist Warehouse. He brings extensive expertise in managing large-scale paid media budgets, building and mentoring high-performing teams and delivering strong commercial outcomes for enterprise brands.

Flores brings eight years of digital marketing experience, specialising in paid media, performance reporting and strategic client service. Flores joins TDP from Publicis Group and Zib Digital, where she honed her skills in data-led optimisation and client partnership across a diverse portfolio of clients.

Pawar joins TDP with more than five years’ experience delivering high-ROAS performance campaigns across Google, Meta and programmatic platforms. With campaign experience across Australia, the US and India, he specialises in conversion-focused optimisation and multi-channel strategy.

After completing a three-month internship with TDP, Karim joins the agency permanently as digital coordinator. She brings strong capability in creative asset development, systems-led workflow optimisation and campaign execution—key components in the evolving performance advertising landscape.

The four appointments collectively expand TDP’s paid media capability at a time when advertisers are seeking deeper technical expertise, more advanced optimisation frameworks and integrated creative solutions.

Cherie Clonan, founding director and CEO of The Digital Picnic, said the appointments signal an exciting new chapter for the agency.
