The Block saw off all comers last night, topping the time sheets to win most-watched show of Sunday.

The stalwart reno show pulled 844,000 OzTAM metro viewers and was a cool 200k+ on arch rival The Voice that sung its way to 606,000.

Nine won Sunday with 34.2 per cent of all of the evening’s eyeballs (call channels). Seven had to settle for a neat 31 per cent, the ABC posted 15.2 per cent, 10 was disappointing with just 11.5 per cent and SBS had 8.2 per cent.

Nine’s 6pm news also narrowly nabbed bragging rights over Seven’s bulletin with 829,000 to 828,000, respectively. Nine’s 60 Minutes did 484,000.

In the battle of weekend breakfasts, Weekend Sunrise (215,000) toasted Weekend Today (169,000).

The ABC had three shows in last night’s top 10 – its 7pm news (516,000), a repeat of Death In Paradise (364,000) and Newsreader (293,000).

Other standouts for Aunty included Insiders (219,000), Landline (169,000) and Voices Of Australia (162,000).

10’s best were The Sunday Project (182,000) and 10 News First (177,000).
