Independent social agency Sticki has appointed Bridget Tenison-Woods to the newly created role of commercial manager, strengthening its position as a leader in targeted creator and influencer content.
The appointment follows a period of growth, with the Sticki team almost doubling in size over the past year and an expanded portfolio of enterprise-level client partnerships.
The commercial manager role was introduced to support this momentum and ensure the agency continues to scale sustainably while maintaining its high standard of delivery.
With more than eight years’ experience across social media, digital marketing, client leadership and content strategy, Tenison-Woods joins Sticki after a successful tenure at Melbourne Social Co, where she served as head of accounts. There, she led teams, delivered complex campaigns for clients across industries, and built a reputation for operational excellence and client experience.
Shai Roitman, MD of Sticki, said Bridget’s appointment comes at a pivotal moment in the business’s growth.
“We’ve experienced significant demand from brands wanting to work with creator-led content at scale, and Bridget is exactly the person we wanted in the business to help shape the next chapter. Her depth of experience, her ability to build strong client relationships, and her understanding of how content, media and performance intersect made her stand out immediately.”
In her new role, Tenson-Woods will lead commercial operations, strengthen client partnerships, refine internal processes and support Sticki’s ongoing expansion across creator, content and performance media functions.
She said she’s excited to join a business that’s redefining how brands scale creator-powered content.
“Sticki’s growth is no accident, the team is sharp, fast, and deeply committed to doing work that actually moves the needle for clients. The opportunity to join at such a pivotal time and help build the next stage of scale was incredibly compelling. I’m thrilled to be part of the journey.”
