PR agency SPEAK Communications has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of Jason Evans as senior account manager.
Evans brings more than 15 years’ communications experience across entertainment, sport and technology, having worked with globally recognised brands including Channel 9, Stan, Netflix and Microsoft. With experience spanning both in-house and agency environments, Evans has expertise across creative strategy, media relations and reputation management, alongside extensive experience managing high-profile executives and VIP talent.
The appointment also marks something of a full-circle moment for SPEAK Communications founder and director Snezana Hay, who first worked with Evans when he interned with Hay at 2K Games.
“There’s a really nice full-circle element to Jason joining SPEAK. Jason was actually an intern when we first worked together at 2K Games many years ago, so to now have him joining SPEAK as a Senior Account Manager is pretty special,” Hay said.
