Independent Sydney-based strategic customer experience agency Six Black Pens has been engaged by Australia’s biggest digital property settlement exchange network PEXA.
The appointment comes as PEXA plans a major push into the Queensland property conveyancing market.
The agency is leading the creative campaign driving awareness of PEXA among property lawyers, real estate agents, developers and consumers in urban and regional areas, across digital, print and out of home.
Six Black Pens (featured image) is a mighty force in the financial services and large corporate sectors, working closely with big-brand banks and other financial institutions, as well as complex corporates including NAB, MLC, TCorp, SEEK and Essential Energy.
The team specialises in ‘making the complex beautiful’ through smart brand work, intelligent creative, thoughtful communications, high-impact content on a large scale and customer strategies and journeys.
Founder and creative director Oli Vickery said the agency was delighted to have been given a chance to demonstrate its expertise for an organisation set to play a critical role in Australia’s economy.
Vickery added: “Our business is based on taking the time to truly understand the business problems we’re trying to solve and then delivering cut-through, targeted communications that deliver strong results.”
PEXA was formed in 2010 by the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) to deliver a single, national e-conveyancing solution to the property industry. PEXA hopes to bring more Queensland lawyers onto the digital conveyancing platform by demonstrating the benefits of the online system.
PEXA executive manager, marketing, Nerida Power said: “We were impressed by the team’s understanding of the complex B2B environment we operate in and the opportunity we have to transform conveyancing in QLD.
“We’re really excited to be working with them on this major new campaign.”
