The Women Leading Tech Awards, presented by Atlassian, is back for 2026! Join us as we put the future in motion.

This year, the Women Leading Tech Awards is revamped with a new feel to the awards categories, which have been separated into Job Role, Industry, and Changemaker sections.

This year, there is a new Employer category too. Replacing the Advocacy category, it celebrates a company, not an individual, which serves as an exemplar to others in the industry.

You might wonder why the Women Leading Tech Awards needs to exist in 2025. We feel it is more crucial than ever.

The world around us is changing fast—not least as a result of generative AI. We look set for a future with sweeping changes to the nature of work and the organisational structures and hierarchies we operate within.

To make sure the future works for everyone (and the planet), everyone needs to be involved in the industry creating the future. That’s why we’re putting the future in motion at the ICC Sydney once again, celebrating those women who empower others, change the world and ensure a more equitable future.

We will also be revealing the third annual Women Leading Tech Power List, too.

The future waits for no one. So, if you’re leading the charge in your area of tech, enter the Women Leading Tech Awards 2026, presented by Atlassian, now!

Check out last year’s Women Leading Tech winners and Power List!

We peel back every corner of tech, leaving no stone unturned, to reveal those working both in front of and behind the scenes. From Customer Success to Recruiter to Business Support, we want to celebrate the amazing women who keep tech moving.

We’re not just celebrating those with a long career up their sleeve, either—the Rising Star category spotlights a woman under 30 who is shifting paradigms, breaking new ground and smashing glass ceilings. These winners will go on to be the leading lights of the tech industry in the years to come.

From Rising Star to Woman of the Year, and those driving impact beyond their companies as Champions of Change, Sustainability Crusaders, Mentors, and Social Impact Advocates, the Women Leading Tech Awards leaves no one unseen.

Join us as we set the future in motion in 2026, and help us celebrate these seriously impressive women! Enter the 2026 Women Leading Tech Awards!
