Vice’s Mark Humphries has roasted Barnaby Joyce over his decision to conduct a paid $150,000 interview with Seven’s Sunday Night.
In the Twitter video, the SBS comedian plays a fictional Nationals MP called Barabbas Loins who is “minister for toilet snakes”.
Even Nine’s 60 Minutes isn’t spared a skewering either: “It was hard to decide on the right media outlet. I would do an interview with 60 Minutes, but I’m looking to exploit my children not kidnap them,” he declares.
“Ultimately, though, the story of the birth of my son is intensely personal and delicate. So I’ve entrusted it to the network that brought us Yummy Mummies.”
