Sarah Peacock Joins Opus Agency As Head Of Marketing

Sarah Peacock has been appointed to lead APAC marketing growth.

Sarah Peacock has joined the Opus Agency team as head of marketing APAC, as the global experience agency enters its next phase of regional growth.

The agency, formerly The Company We Keep, delivers solutions for brands including Salesforce, St Kilda Festival and Red Hat.

Reporting to Nigel Ruffell, EVP APAC, Peacock will lead regional marketing strategy, brand positioning and integrated growth initiatives across the APAC region.

Sarah brings more than 20 years’ experience across PwC Australia, Business Australia, TrueLocal and Skip, and is a Scholar of The Marketing Academy. Her appointment signals Opus Agency’s ambition to sharpen its brand, connect global capability with regional opportunity and build a stronger growth engine across APAC.

“As we enter our next global phase, investing in senior marketing leadership is critical. We are building a stronger growth engine for the region, backed by the scale of our global network,” Ruffell said.

“Sarah combines deep transformation experience with hands-on marketing leadership. She understands how to build brands that drive measurable impact and that will be central to how we position Opus Agency in this market.”

Peacock brings more than two decades of marketing leadership experience spanning professional services, digital platforms and membership organisations.

Her previous roles include GM customer and member engagement at Business Australia, where she led a significant brand, strategy and technology transformation. Earlier in her career, she served as CMO of TrueLocal and Skip and as national digital marketing leader at PwC Australia.

Over the past three years, Peacock has advised a range of start-ups and scale-ups on marketing, growth and transformation initiatives, including work with an AI platform. She is a 2017 scholar of The Marketing Academy.

“Opus Agency is at an exciting inflection point in APAC. With the backing of a global network and a clear ambition for growth in the region, there is enormous potential to build something distinctive,” Peacock said.

“My focus is on strengthening how Opus Agency shows up in the market – connecting our global capability with regional opportunity and ensuring our brand reflects the scale, creativity and commercial impact we deliver for clients.

“We work with ambitious organisations across the region and I’m looking forward to deepening those relationships as we unlock the next stage of growth together. It’s a privilege to join at the start of this new chapter for Opus Agency and to help shape what comes next.”
