REALMS & SEEN Launch Find:Seek To Help Brands Understand What Customers Are Searching For

(L:R) - Elly Brand, Rhian Mason (co-founders of REALMS), and Lachlan Gill (founder at SEEN).

Independent culture consultancy REALMS and digital agency SEEN have joined forces to launch Find:Seek, combining search intelligence and cultural strategy to help brands understand what customers are searching for, why, and how to respond.

As consumers increasingly turn to social platforms, creators and communities for answers, brands now face a growing challenge: knowing where they appear is one thing, understanding why customers search and how to earn their attention is another.

Find:Seek bridges that gap, turning search intelligence into a clear plan for action, tracked through a live dashboard.

The offering combines SEEN’s data, media and performance expertise with REALMS’ cultural and creative strategy to turn search behaviour into practical content and channel roadmaps.

Through a four-stage process of Diagnose, Define, Plan and Measure, the offering identifies priority customer questions, assesses brand and competitor visibility, and uncovers where brands have the greatest opportunity to build relevance.

At its heart is the Content Realm, a strategic framework developed for each priority customer question. It connects search intelligence with cultural understanding to define what a brand should create, where it should show up and which voices it should work with to improve discoverability and build relevance.

“Everything about how people discover brands is changing, but the fundamentals of good marketing haven’t. It’s still about understanding people, what they care about, who they trust and what influences their decisions,” said Rhian Mason and Elly Brand, co-founders of REALMS.

“We see social search as a window into culture. The questions people ask, the language they use and the people they turn to reveal so much more than search intent. They give us clues about what’s happening in people’s lives and what matters to them.

“What’s exciting about Find:Seek is that we’re bringing two disciplines together in a way that makes cultural understanding genuinely actionable. We’re not just identifying where brands are missing from search; we’re defining where they have a meaningful role to play, what they should create and who they need to connect with to win.

“It’s about more than being found. It’s about giving people a reason to find you.”

“Your customers are already searching for you on social platforms, but we realised most brands just can’t see how they’re showing up. The key shift is that discoverability has moved beyond Google and Find:Seek aims to solve that for marketing and creative teams,” added Lachlan Gill, founder at SEEN.

“We find the questions your customers are asking, show you who’s answering them on each social platform and turn the opportunities into a plan you can track. It’s how we blend search intelligence with cultural strategy to compound discoverability over time.”
