Houston has just helped create and launch ‘The Agency’ – a model set to revolutionise the real estate industry.
The business premise was to create a new type of company– one that would provide a fairer deal not just for agents, but for customers too.
Houston identified a strong opportunity to create something truly unique – a brand that felt premium, yet approachable; one that heroed the properties, not the real estate company; one that was distinct yet right at home within the category.
Alex Toohey, Houston’s ECD said: “We focused on developing a brand identity that was iconic in its bold simplicity. Something sophisticated and refined, with the scope to complement a range of uses and property types.”
From the business and brand strategy through to the design identity, website, tone of voice and everything in between, Houston delivered on the entirety of the The Agency’s brand footprint and will continue to play an integral role on the brand moving forward.
