AI-powered advertising platform Quantcast has named former global chief customer officer at Mortar AI, Paul Sigaloff, as its new VP of APAC.

In his previous role, working at the marketing intelligence platform, Sigaloff was responsible for shaping and executing the company’s global customer strategy.

At Quantcast, Sigaloff will be responsible for leading growth across the APAC region, including Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and other markets in Asia, using his deep expertise to help brands and agencies unlock smarter, data-driven customer growth through AI. He will also spearhead the launch of Quantcast’s new AI-driven, goal-based advertising solution, Q+.

Konrad Feldman, CEO of Quantcast, said: “As AI reshapes how brands buy advertising across APAC, Q+ is a critical launch for Quantcast in the region and represents what we believe is the future of autonomous performance for brands. It treats the entire open internet as a single, fluid inventory pool, with a focus on driving performance, not just buying media.

“Paul is an impactful and purpose-driven leader, known across the industry for his energy, vision and people-first approach. His experience in sales and leadership, and his expertise in media, AI and working closely with both brands and agencies, will be critical to our mission to help clients not only reach audiences but meet performance goals with Q+.”

Sigaloff, who will be based in Sydney, brings more than 25 years’ experience in media, digital, technology and advertising in the UK, Australia and Asia Pacific to Quantcast, with a proven track record for driving revenue, leading transformation and delivering client-first strategies in fast moving, AI-driven markets.

Sigaloff spent nearly a decade at Yahoo in various senior leadership roles, before he was appointed as vice president of APAC, responsible for leading digital media and technology businesses across Australia, New Zealand, India, Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan. During his tenure, he delivered strong commercial results, while also championing purpose-led leadership and embedding social responsibility into core business strategy.

He also served as Chief Revenue & Growth Officer at oOh!media.

As a passionate leader in the APAC marketing sector, Sigaloff also currently serves on the board of UnLtd, the media and marketing industry’s social purpose organisation.

Commenting on his appointment, Sigaloff said: “Advertising is being rewritten by AI, and the winners will be the brands that turn data and intelligence into real business outcomes, not just impressions. Quantcast has spent two decades building exactly that capability, and I am thrilled to lead our growth across APAC. This is a moment to move the industry forward – for our clients, for our people, and for good.”

Sigaloff joins Quantcast this week.
