In another money can’t buy experience with the world’s biggest artists, Melodrama Live – Lorde in Nova’s Red Room, Presented by Optus will be held exclusively on Thursday 6 July.
Grammy Award winning artist Lorde is the latest artist to appear in Nova’s Red Room. This will be the first chance for Australian fans to see Lorde perform a selection of songs from her new album Melodrama as well as her hits. Guests will experience one of the most intimate and exclusive shows Lorde will play all year.
Lorde’s new single ‘Green Light’ launched her as the top worldwide trending topic on Facebook and Twitter, amassing an incredible 2 billion impressions on Twitter alone within its first 24 hours, and is the number one most added song to Australian radio. The single has also been streamed over 80 million times globally and has had over 40 million video views. With Melodrama due for release on 16 June, Lorde will also appear at some of the hottest upcoming festivals including The Governors Ball, Bonnaroo and Glastonbury.
Melodrama Live – Lorde in Nova’s Red Room, Presented by Optus will be the first time she has played in Australia since 2014. Listeners can win their invitation to this exclusive event by listening to Nova around the country, for a chance to get on the standby list, with a winner announced daily in Nova’s Kate, Tim & Marty drive show. There will also be additional chance to win in Smallzy’s Surgery. Optus customers will also have the opportunity to score an invite to this gig by jumping online and registering their details at music.optus.com.au. Optus customers can also listen to Lorde data-free on selected mobile plans and music streaming services.
