GRACosway has revealed a new leadership team after a period of flux for the corporate communications and public affairs firm.
Senior and long-tenured GRACosway practitioners Caroline Streeter, Nick Howe and Brendan Altadonna have been appointed partners in the firm’s Corporate and Financial Communications practice.
Canberra-based Anna Page has been appointed managing partner of the firm’s Public Affairs practice, working alongside managing partner Richard King and newly-appointed partner Kirstin Payne.
In addition, Sarah Coghlan, Stephanie Gheller and Kate Bryant have been promoted to senior director level, along with the establishment of a senior advisory group of Liz Deegan, Joanna Ball and Bill Frith.
The new leadership structure follows the recent departures of corporate communications partner Brigid Glanville, public affairs partners Andrew Cox and Nick Xerakias, who moved to Teneo. Senior director Jack Brady also left to join Sodali.
The AFR previously reported the departures at the firm occurred after Omnicom scrapped an incentive structure, and that a new long-term incentive plan was being thrashed out.
CEO Kirsten Mulley said the appointments mark an important period for the firm which has a legacy of developing future leaders.
“We are thrilled to appoint an experienced and talented group of leaders who have been central to our firm’s success over the past decade,” she said.
“Our new partners are all outstanding practitioners who have earned the trust of clients and colleagues through their work on complex and significant projects.
“They will continue to work with our broader advisory team of more than 25 experienced practitioners across our eight offices in Australia and New Zealand.”
GRACosway also announces the appointments of seasoned media and communications professionals Andrew White (Sydney) and Rick Wallace (Melbourne) to senior roles, bringing additional experience across journalism, listed company and financial sector communications to the firm.
