During the trip, Kate, Tim & Marty and Thirsty Camel will be giving away trips so listeners can personally experience The Ghan.

In its first integrated campaign with Nova’s national drive team, Thirsty Camel will also support the partnership with point-of-sale (POS) marketing in its stores nationally.

Thirsty Camel will also give Kate, Tim & Marty listeners the chance to win ‘camel cash’ to use in store in the week leading up to Easter.

NOVA Entertainment’s commercial strategy director of CREATE, Kate Day, said: “When it comes to bringing to life the big ideas like this one that have become synonymous with the Kate, Tim & Marty show, we really value working with ambitious like-minded brands like Thirsty Camel.”

Thirsty Camel marketing consultant Leah Grinter said: “We are delighted to partner with Australia’s number one drive team, Kate, Tim & Marty, as they embark on this epic rail adventure.

“Kate, Tim and Marty’s irreverent humour is the perfect fit for our brand, and the opportunity to also bring the campaign to life with POS in over 400 Thirsty Camel bottle shops nationally in the lead up to Easter is very exciting.”
