Monday TV Wrap: Australian Story ‘To Catch A Stalker’ Episode Proves A Massive Hit For ABC

Part one of Australian Story‘s To Catch a Stalker proved a hit for the ABC, with a decent 752,000 viewers tuning in, according to OzTAM numbers.

The doco-series follows the story of Di McDonald who was terrorised by her ex-partner Max Gardiner for years after their relationship ended, and how she brought her stalker to justice.

However, it was Nine who stole the night in primary channel audience share with 21.2  per cent. Seven was a distant second on 14.9 per cent, while ABC was a close third with 14.8 per cent. Network 10 did 11.7 per cent, and ABC did 4.6 per cent.

Nine’s The Block did the goods with a massive 939,000 metro viewers, while Seven’s The Chase did 575,000. 10’s Have You Been Paying Attention enjoyed 599,000 eyeballs.

News did 959,000, ACA did 759,000, RBT did 396,000 and Hot Seat did 446,000.

Seven

News did 1.09m and Home and Away did 564,000.

10

The Project did 508,000, while 10 News First did 343,000.

ABC

News did 695,000, 7.30 did 636,000, Four Corners did 578,000 and Media Watch did 481,000.
