Samsung Electronics Australia has launched a new digital and social media driven campaign for its Galaxy Buds range of wearables that features Australian entrepreneur, model, photographer and dancer, Mimi Elashiry.

The campaign, “Unleash your sound” celebrates individuality expressed through a range of audio content from podcasts to popular tunes. To bring this concept to life, Samsung collaborated with Elashiry, who personifies the campaign ethos of originality.

Her classical ballet training was integrated into the campaign to artistically encapsulate movement and freedom with the Galaxy Buds.

Photographer Daniel Boud captured Elashiry’s dynamic energy and grace as she danced wearing the Galaxy Buds in a series of photographs for the campaign.

Digital creative agency R/GA then created a video from the images depicting Elashiry fluidly transitioning through various landscapes and wardrobe changes to showcase the versatility of Samsung’s truly wireless earphones.

“Galaxy Buds are such a great piece of tech in that they can give you freedom to listen to audio just about any setting and also when in movement.   I love them because I can put them in while I’m dancing and warming up, and I can roll around and they can stay in securely while giving me an amazing audio experience,” said Mimi Elashiry.

“I am over the moon to be a part of Samsung’s Galaxy Buds campaign and show off what I can actually do with them – dance, run, jump, fly, travel… everything! It was really natural fit to work with Samsung on this program.”
