CX agency, MercerBell, has announced two new business wins – managing the B2B account for technology platform Class Limited, and leading the digital strategy of Glen Innes Severn Council to drive tourism to the region.
As Australia’s leading SMSF technology platform Class Limited has engaged MercerBell to work on its re-brand and B2B communications, as part of the company’s broader ‘reimagine’ business transformation strategy. The agency was appointed on the strength of its B2B experience for long-term clients such as Caltex, Toyota Financial Services and Qantas Business Rewards.

Meanwhile, MercerBell has also been appointed by Glen Innes Severn Council to develop a new digital strategy and ecosystem aimed at growing tourism in Glen Innes Highlands and the wider New England region.
