In a year full of challenge and disruption, I’m also excited by the opportunities ahead for our 2021 transformation plans. Through physical distancing our people have managed to be more connected than ever locally, nationally and globally and that will only supercharge what we can deliver for our clients moving forward.”

Melissa Miller, head of investment

A respected leader both internally and externally, Miller began her journey with MediaCom in 2004. She will now be responsible for all investment activity in Brisbane and will continuously ensure we are delivering best-in-class investment strategies for our clients. Miller will work closely with Nick Thomas, recently appointed to MediaCom’s national head of investment.

Tom Lyness, head of digital

Lyness will focus on leading and developing MediaCom’s digital capabilities locally whilst being a trusted digital advisor for the agency’s clients and media partners. An established digital marketeer, Lyness has worked in a wide range of digital roles since joining the agency in 2012. He will also be responsible for the continuous ‘digital’ upskilling of MediaCom’s team to ensure everyone is best equipped with knowledge to stay abreast of the latest industry trends.

Justine Prentice, client partner

An established member of the Brisbane team, Prentice began her career in trading but then later switched to client leadership in recent years. As part of her new remit, she will now provide best-in-class client service for all of MediaCom Brisbane’s clients including Queensland Government, Sunsuper, Ardent Leisure, Hawaiian Airlines, Trilogy Funds, Rapid Media and Mediasuite. Prentice will work in partnership with Monique Baillie as Group Client Director who together will lead the client leadership approach in Brisbane.

Hannah MacAuslane, group strategy director

Yaron Farizon, CEO MediaCom AUNZ added, “In Melissa, Tom, Justine and Hannah, we have world class talent that will drive and continue to add value and growth to our clients’ businesses. Over the years, they have each made a fundamental shift to our Brisbane business. They all consistently receive glowing feedback both internally and externally for the positive difference they each make to their clients’ business, colleagues and peers.”
