Summit Homes Group has appointed independent agency Match & Wood as its media agency of record following a competitive pitch.

The account, which went to tender in September, consists of Summit Homes, Summit Renovations, Summit Developments, New Generation Homes and Easystart Homes.

Match & Wood will be responsible for the full suite of media strategy, planning and buying services.

Lyndelle O’Keefe, Match & Wood Managing Director, says the agency is excited to work with the award-winning group of brands.

“We thoroughly enjoyed connecting with the SHG team during the tender process and we are thrilled to be partnering with such a respected home builder group,” said O’Keefe, “It is more important than ever to have a strong agency/client partnership in order to be highly responsive to change through 2021 and beyond, and we’ll be hitting the ground running.”

“We were impressed with Match & Wood’s understanding of our business and category dynamics,” added Rikki Lushey, Head of Marketing at Summit Homes Group, “They presented an agile, strategic and data-driven offering which aligns well with our business and future goals, and we look forward to working together.”

This win adds to a number of new business appointments for the agency this year including Council of Small Business Organisations Australia (COSBOA), Woodside Energy, Otherside Brewing Co, Business Station, and Intelicare.
