LocalAgentFinder’s New Campaign Tells Consumers To Search For Quality Real Estate Agents

LocalAgentFinder’s New Campaign Tells Consumers To Search For Quality Real Estate Agents

Australia’s largest real estate comparison service, LocalAgentFinder, has revealed its new brand messaging ‘why wouldn’t you go there’ in the latest version of the brand’s ‘street walk’ TVC series.

The new TVC follows Jason Geary – playing himself – in his role as chief comparison officer at LocalAgentFinder, as he breaks the fourth wall and communicates the benefits of the service to viewers, repeating the new messaging throughout.

“LocalAgentFinder compares thousands of great and award-winning agents across Australia – as well as agent fees and commissions – and is free of charge to consumers. So, it was a clear choice for the next phase of our brand TVCs to get straight to the point and say this,” said LocalAgentFinder CEO Matt McCann.

The latest creative also highlights the need to look past low cost agents with the entertaining star suggesting home owners should ‘not go there’ in reference to a purple signboard in front of another house.

“Fees and commissions are just part of the agent selection process. Budget real estate agents may save vendors money on commission, but it’s no guarantee they’ll still get the right agent who will get the best price for their home” McCann added.

“An agent’s experience and marketing strategy is just as important than fees and commissions; we want Australians to have the agent representation that meets their individual needs and felt it was important to reiterate how LocalAgentFinder gives vendors all the tools they need to compare and choose agents.”

The 15-second TVC launches this week, running on Channel 7 and Channel 9, throughout broadcast and digital. The 30-second iteration was released this month.
