Creative agency LePub, part of Publicis Groupe, has appointed Ete Davies as its new Global Chief Operating Officer, in a a move aimed at strengthening the agency’s international operations and supporting its continued global expansion.
Based in London, Davies will oversee global business operations, client delivery and product management across LePub’s international network. His role will focus on evolving the agency’s operating model, improving how it partners with clients, and ensuring its creative services are integrated, scalable and performance-driven.
The appointment comes as LePub accelerates its global growth strategy and continues to build out its senior leadership team.
Davies will work closely with Sven Huberts, who recently joined the agency as Global President, to optimise processes, integrate capabilities and strengthen the agency’s ability to meet increasingly complex client demands worldwide.
Huberts said Davies brings “trust, clarity and executional strength” at a pivotal time for the agency’s development. He added that as LePub continues to grow internationally, a forward-thinking operating model will be key to delivering consistent creative excellence and innovation for clients.
Davies joins LePub with more than 25 years of international agency experience. Most recently, he served as Chief Operating Officer for EMEA at Dentsu Creative before taking on the role of Executive Vice President. Earlier in his career he was CEO of Engine Creative and Managing Director at AnalogFolk, and also held senior delivery leadership roles at AKQA.
