Leo Burnett’s Ella Ward Joins Saatchi & Saatchi Melbourne As Client Service Director

Saatchi & Saatchi Melbourne has appointed Ella Ward as client service director.

Ward joins the agency with an already extensive career behind her, working both in the UK and Australia leading iconic brands such as iSelect, Twinings, SPC, General Mills, CrownBet, Australia Post, AGL, Heinz, Public Transport Victoria, along with various other Victorian and Federal Government departments, including the Australian Defence Force.

Most recently, Ward was head of account service at Leo Burnett Melbourne, and after spending some time outside of the industry, she now returns to lead Saatchi & Saatchi Melbourne’s fast-growing client service department.

With Rebecca Robertson already part of the Melbourne leadership team (currently on maternity leave) the appointment now sees the agency with two fantastic heads orchestrating brand leadership and client delivery.

Commenting on the appointment, Saatchi & Saatchi Melbourne managing director, Mark Cochrane, said: “We are thrilled to have Ella join our collective of 50-plus creative souls here in South Melbourne.

“To now have two inspiring women in Ella and Rebecca partnering with our much-loved clients is incredibly powerful. We are excited by what we can all continue to achieve together.”

Ward adds: “I’m delighted to join the team – they’re super talented, and genuinely nice people to boot. It’s good to be back.”
