Content marketing agency King Content has appointed the content pioneer and former Head of Content (Moving Image) for Red Bull UK, Christie Poulos, to head up its video content unit.
As the Head of Video Strategy, Christie will work with clients to develop world-leading content strategies, drawing on her extensive experience working with international brands like Red Bull, Westfield, Marriott, Coles and Cricket Australia.
King Content is rapidly expanding and adapting its in-house video content capabilities to meet global client demands and remains a leader across all areas of content production and strategy. Christie Poulos, who set up Red Bull’s UK Moving Image team (only the second in the world for them), couldn’t be a better fit for the role.
Craig Hodges, CEO of King Content, said:“Getting Christie on board is a big win for us. Christie’s knowledge of the video content and strategy landscape is unrivalled – globally. Having headed up video for the holy grail of content marketing – Red Bull – Christie is going to take our clients to the next level in content marketing. Our clients know what this expertise means for their business, and they are excited.”
Christie Poulos, Head of Video Strategy at King Content, added: “I’m really excited to be joining the King Content team. In our world, you’re only as good as your next project, and with the great team of content specialists and an amazing group of clients, the sky is the limit.”
Christie’s appointment follows a string of hires from King Content. The company has been drawing in talent from across the globe, including former Mindshare social lead Ruth Haffenden, and the announcement comes ahead of a soon-to-be-unveiled lead for its New York office.
