JOY has appointed nine new team members following a series of recent client wins in auto and sports clothing/retail, and continued investment in building out its product capabilities.
The new hires aim to strengthen JOY’s integrated growth model across strategy, planning and performance media.
The new hires are: Michael Liow as activation director, Will Clayden as activation director, Vaidehi Gokhale as activation coordinator, Amisha Piplani, Activation Coordinator, Jakob Waitai as activation manager, Charlie Burgess-Hoar as activation coordinator, Rebecca Odell as activation coordinator, Maddie Corrigan as business director and Eric Alvarez as activation executive.
JOY chief executive Peter Horgan said delivering meaningful growth for clients requires diverse skill sets and integrated capabilities working together.
“Driving real business growth today demands strategic clarity, commercial acumen and performance precision. It requires teams who can connect insight to action and strategy to execution across the entire marketing ecosystem.
“At JOY, our focus is clear. We exist to accelerate growth for our clients. That means going beyond activity and outputs to deliver measurable commercial impact,” he said.
“Importantly, these appointments reflect the kind of talent drawn to JOY — people who want to do commercially meaningful work, make an impact for clients and accelerate their own growth in the process. That ambition and accountability ultimately benefits the brands we partner with.”
