Jo Millington Joins Khemistry As GM, Susan Lyons Named MD

Behaviour change creative agency, Khemistry today announces the appointment of Jo Millington to the role of general manager, with Susan Lyons becoming Khemistry managing director.

Jo’s appointment is further evidence of Khemistry’s growth and momentum as it captures an unfair share of Australia’s creative industry talent. Her appointment follows the recent recruitment of Kelly Brightwell as strategy director and Brent Liebenberg’s appointment as executive creative director in mid-2021.

Jo is an experienced advertising and marketing professional having spent more than 20 years leading brand strategy and development of iconic, global brands across categories that include higher education, travel and tourism, lotteries, pharmaceutical and retail.

Khemistry managing director, Susan Lyons recognised Jo’s unique ability to understand people and build partnerships with clients and her team.

“Anyone who has ever had the pleasure of working with Jo will say that you couldn’t ask for a more influential and inspirational person to have on your team,” Susan said.

“It was clear to me from the moment we met that Jo is the sort of person that you instantly trust. She listens intently, answers honestly and genuinely cares about the outcome. I don’t think I could have found a better person to partner with our clients and to inspire our team.”

Jo said, “I’ve always believed growth comes from working with fiercely talented and good folk. Susan and her team at Khemistry are just that. I look forward to diving in on all fronts.”
