Global brand experience agency Jack Morton Worldwide is no doubt over the moon about finding a new executive creative director and executive producer as well as a new senior account manager and an internal promotion to client services director.
James Daniels has been appointed to executive creative director, Belinda Wight will settle into a new role as executive producer, Matt Gillings is now the senior account manager, and Vinny Panchal has been promoted from account director to director of client services.
Of the new appointments, Helen Graney, managing director Australia, Jack Morton Worldwide, said: “Our business has evolved to offer clients industry-leading creative and strategic services that deliver results. The new talent joining us brings a wealth of global experience across strategy, creative and execution and Vinny’s promotion to director, client service demonstrates our on-going commitment to evolution in-line with our client needs.”
The brand spanking new executive creative director Daniels has 15 years of experience in leadership roles across South Africa and Asia, and over 20 years in total in the marketing industry.
Daniels said of his appointment: “With Jack the opportunities for success are endless. It’s not just about getting into consumers’ heads; it’s about delivering a full sensory experience. Brand experience is the launch pad for everything social, marrying off-line and online seamlessly. The idea of physically witnessing the impact your creative ideas can achieve and producing extraordinary work is very exciting.”
Jack’s new executive producer Wight comes to Jack Morton with more than 15 years of experience in experiential, sponsorship and PR. Wright has led and produced an extensive number of events and brand experiences for clients in FMCG, automotive, banking and government across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and China.
Wight said: “I am looking forward to working with Jack’s talented team and valued clients to deliver outstanding brand experiences. I have long admired Jack’s reputation for first class events and activations and look forward to bringing my sports and sponsorship experience to the mix.”
Gillings joins from PLAY Communications where he was the marketing and business development manager. Armed with a Masters of Marketing and a recent shortlisting in B&T’s 30 Under 30 Awards, Gillings’ core skillset is strategic account management, new business acquisition and thought leadership. Of his appointment he said: “Having been an avid fan of Jack Morton for years I am thrilled to join the global leaders in brand experience marketing. Working primarily on the Telstra account, I am looking forward to sinking my teeth into some exciting projects for one of Australia’s most iconic brands.”
Vinny Panchal has been account director at Jack Morton Worldwide for just over a year and has already impressed with his drive in new business and as a great asset to the Jack Global Growth Team. So much so he has now been promoted to director of client services.
