CNN journalist, Victor Blackwell got emotional on-air while reporting on another tragic mass shooting in The United States.
Blackwell seemingly went off script and said: “Listen, I was counting in the car, talking with my producer. I’ve done 15 of these. At least the ones that I could count.
“And we keep having the conversation about, Democrats will say guns, Republicans will say mental health, and nothing will change. And I’ll probably do another one this year.”
CNN's @VictorBlackwell gets tearful while reporting on the Buffalo mass shooting:

This is not rare. Guns are the leading cause of death for kids in the US. The shooting in Buffalo was the worst this year for less than two weeks. This is not rare.

Blackwell’s honest words are a clear reminder that the horrific mass shootings in America are taking their toll on the people reporting on them.
Perhaps, most sadly, not long after Backwell’s rant, there was another tragic mass shooting at a primary school.
The Buffalo mass shooting was 10 days ago.
There have been 14 mass shootings in America between that tragedy and this one.

Just unbelievably sad.
